By accessing or using the EP Security Operations website at ep-cp.com (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EP Security Operations.
Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
EP Security Operations is a platform connecting security companies with vetted operators for mission coordination, compliance management, and operational workflow. The Platform provides tools for operator verification, mission posting, credential management, team coordination, and compliance tracking.
The Platform acts as a marketplace and coordination tool, facilitating connections between security companies and individual security professionals. EP Security Operations does not itself provide security services, employ operators, or act as a party to any agreement between companies and operators formed through the Platform.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to the following:
The Platform supports two primary user types, each with distinct features, permissions, and obligations:
Operators are individual security professionals who register on the Platform to find mission opportunities, manage their credentials, and connect with security companies. Operators are responsible for maintaining accurate professional profiles, keeping certifications current, and fulfilling mission commitments made through the Platform.
Companies are organisations that use the Platform to post mission requirements, source vetted operators, and manage operational workflows. Companies are responsible for providing accurate mission details, verifying operator suitability for their specific needs, and complying with all applicable employment and contractor regulations.
Each user type has access to different features and is subject to the specific obligations outlined in Sections 5 and 6 below.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
EP Security Operations reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates these provisions, including suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
Operator accounts on the Platform are provided free of charge. Company accounts are subject to subscription fees as detailed on the pricing page.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Platform.
EP Security Operations reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time. Any changes to fees will be communicated to affected users with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise recurring charges in accordance with the terms of your selected plan.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design elements, are the exclusive property of EP Security Operations or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content you submit to the Platform, including profile information, credentials, and mission details ("User Content"), remains your property. However, by submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant EP Security Operations a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform's services.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written permission from EP Security Operations.
The Platform is provided as a marketplace and coordination tool. EP Security Operations is not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any contractual arrangement between companies and operators. We do not guarantee the outcome of any mission, the quality of any operator's services, or the conduct of any user on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EP Security Operations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
EP Security Operations does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to EP Security Operations in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us or using the account settings within the Platform.
EP Security Operations reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that could harm the Platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately. The handling and retention of your personal data following termination shall be governed by our Privacy Policy.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution, shall remain in effect after termination.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation by contacting EP Security Operations directly.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the United Kingdom. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within a further sixty (60) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
EP Security Operations reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where appropriate, we may also notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account.
